May River Village is now accepting applications to be placed on a waitlist for our one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

Resident Selection Criteria
May River Village is an affordable housing community.  The annual gross income for the applicant's household must be less than or equal to the maximum income limits as established and annually revised by the requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and the HOME Investment Partnership Program for the appropriate household size.

Income Limits
●  1-Person Household - up to $30,360/year
●  2-Person Household - up to $34,680/year
●  3-Person Household - up to $39,000/year
●  4-Person Household - up to $43,320/year
●  5-Person Household - up to $46,800/year
●  6-Person Household - up to $50,280/year

Monthly Rent

Based on the income restrictions outlined above, as of July 1, 2018, rents are:
●  1-Bedroom 50% AMI Rent - $580/month
●  1-Bedroom 60% AMI Rent - $716/month
●  2-Bedroom 50% AMI Rent - $689/month
●  2-Bedroom 60% AMI Rent - $852/month
●  3-Bedroom 50% AMI Rent - $788/month
●  3-Bedroom 60% AMI Rent - $976/month

Note: All rents include water, sewer, and trash removal fees.
